Site operator
This website is published by Xavier de Briey, an independent consultant operating under the name Salkan from Peru and working with clients internationally. Salkan is not a separately registered legal entity.
Hosting and site analytics
The site is hosted by OpenAI through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and understand use of the site, including aggregated visitor and page-view information. Salkan does not currently use a separate advertising tracker or offer user accounts on this site.
Contact form and external services
The contact form collects your name, professional email, optional organization, reason for contacting and message. Submissions are stored in the site’s private database and are accessible only to the site owner after authentication. They are used only to respond to your request and manage a potential or existing professional relationship. LinkedIn remains available as an external contact option and its own privacy terms apply.
Retention, consent and your rights
Contact submissions are retained for no longer than 12 months unless a professional relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires a longer period. Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, individuals may request access, correction, cancellation or objection, as applicable. Where Canadian privacy law applies, Salkan also follows the principles of limited collection, meaningful consent and appropriate safeguards. Unless stated otherwise, the texts, visual identity and original materials on this site belong to Salkan. Brief quotation and linking are welcome with appropriate attribution. Other reuse requires prior permission.
